Cricklade proudly boasts that it is the first town on the River Thames. It is a town with a rich historical past and traditions that have been retained for the future. The unique North Meadow with its massed snakehead fritillaries in the spring are an unforgettable experience. Although the weather was unkind on judging day, the community gave the judges a warm welcome. Cricklade is an In Bloom entry with the community at its heart.
