A tremendous spirit of community exists within the village of around 50 organisations offering scope for participation and social interaction for all ages. The interest and enthusiasm for all that combine to make this such a desirable place to live, is evident in the effort made by residents to have pride in the buildings, gardens and common land within the village.
The Bloom Committee intends to build on the success of previous years by undertaking a number of improvements and increase the involvement with the school eco-group.
