Stockton-on-Tees has a mix of busy town centres, urban residential areas and rural villages. Stockton is the largest township within the Borough, boasting two of the Borough’s flagship urban parks, two of the green flag status Country parks, 500 acres of new woodland, surrounding 13 local nature reserves and three country parks.

 

Over the past five years Stockton has turned around its horticultural services, focusing on improving delivery in an innovative manner resulting in improvement in levels of public satisfaction and a visual improvement in the area.
