If you’ve come to this page you already have the motivation and enthusiasm to improve your environment and get involved in your community wherever you live in the UK.

 

Britain in Bloom

Britain in Bloom is one of the largest horticultural campaigns in Europe with the year round aim of creating a more beautiful Britain. Entrants compete against each other within their area and then selected communities are nominated to compete against each other in the RHS UK finals.

 

It’s easy to get started in Britain in Bloom, whether you are an individual, a community group or local authority in the area.  Click on the Britain in Bloom link to find details of your local co-ordinator and information on how to get started.

 

Neighbourhood Awards

If you are a small group of neighbours or an individual wanting to improve your local street, or focus on a particular project such as creating a community garden in a disused area, the Neighbourhood Awards may be able to help you. This non-competitive category is for small, resident-led groups starting up in cleaning and greening up their local patch.
