Floral Arrangement

NAFAS, celebrating 47 years and over 40 RHS medals at Chelsea Flower Show, is proud to show a range of work in the Flower Arrangement Marquee. More than 30 exhibitors from all over the world take part in two competitions throughout the week, with the themes The Subtle Alchemist, A Touch of Drama and Dreamtime. The spectacular exhibits show competitive floral art at its best.

Also, more than 25 young people will take part in a competition showing a range of decorative work with the theme A Postal Stamp, using everything from lentils to feathers and meticulous bead work.

Themes

Class A: The Subtle Alchemist - a background exhibit - to be staged by a maximum of two people. Title to be included. Exhibitors in this class must exhibit under their club name.

Class B: A Touch of Drama - a background exhibit - to be staged by one person only.

Class C: Dreamtime - an island exhibit - to be staged by a maximum of two people. Exhibitors in this class must exhibit under their club name.

The exhibit may interpret any aspect of the stated theme.

Exhibitors may display one or more than one subject to interpret the theme.

There are two sessions of exhibitors:
Session 1 exhibits on the Press Day and on the first and second days of the Show (22 - 24 May)
Session 2 exhibits on the third, fourth and fifth days (25 - 27 May)
