Bank, Bureau de Change and cash facilities

A branch of Thomas Cook is situated on Western Avenue, adjacent to the Creek Gate Food Court. It is open from 8am to 7pm Tuesday to Friday, and from 8am to 6pm on Saturday. Visitors can cash cheques, withdraw money by debit or credit card and exchange foreign currency.

Cash point machines are also available on the site and all major debit cards can be used to withdraw cash.

Cloakroom/left luggage

There is a cloakroom/left luggage facility in Ranelagh Gardens on North Ranelagh Way, close to the Ranelagh Food Court, staffed during the hours of the show. On Saturday the cloakroom will remain open until 6pm. Bags etc. may be searched when they are handed in. All items are left at the owners risk, and the organisers are not responsible for any items which are lost or stolen.

Gardening advice

The RHS Gardening Advice offers free advice to all visitors to the show and can be found on Main Avenue.

Music

There is a bandstand in the picnic/seating area in Ranelagh Gardens. Details of the programme of music will be posted in due course.
