This garden has been created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the National Benevolent Fund for the Aged, founded in 1957. The Society wants to encourage people to celebrate their golden anniversary, as well as raise funds, by having tea parties in their gardens.
The garden is a classic contemporary design, a garden for all seasons and an extension of living space. It is a palette of neutral background, hard landscaping and furniture to enhance the colour and texture of planting.
There is a mixed palette of colours, ranging from purples through blue with splashes of orange and yellow.
