Carol:
“These court yard gardens designed for small spaces in rural or semi rural settings are miniature delights and just as rewarding to the eye as the larger show gardens. There are always bags of ideas to take away for your own garden and it’s often a great place to find talented new designers.
Chris O’Donoghue
“Well I haven’t always been a gardener I was a potter for a long time but I wanted to do more, I wanted to design. So I thought well I’ve designed with clay and plaster so I can design with plants. So cheekily enough I thought I’d try Chelsea and here I am. The Inspiration is a railway carriage at a place called Winchelsea in east Sussex. It was left there in the twenties of the thirties and its been in the same family ever since. And it was just a holiday home that hasn’t changed over the years and it’s just a really nice peaceful place to be.”
