Floristry
This year’s floristry displays feature designs by top florists who have teamed up with well known fashion houses and fashion designers. Jane Packer has created a floristry feature for handbag designer Susannah Hunter (right); Paula Pryke a display for Liberty’s of London; and Fiona Barnett a display for fashion designer Ben de Lisi (below right).
Floral arrangement
Floral Arrangement showcases the talent of amateur florists. The displays are created in two sessions.
Session One exhibitors display their arrangements on Tuesday and Wednesday and Session Two exhibitors display their arrangements from Thursday to Saturday.
There are three classes from which exhibitors draw inspiration for their arrangements.
Class A: “Forces of Nature”. A background exhibit to be staged by a maximum of two people. Title to be included. Exhibitors in this class must exhibit under their club name.
Class B: ”Artistic License”. A background exhibit to be staged by only one person.
Class C: “Overture”. An island exhibit to be staged by a maximum of two people. Exhibitors in this class must exhibit under their club name.
