Find out how to make your own herbal remedies for everyday ailments using plants from your garden and the hedgerow with medical herbalist Bel Charlesworth MNIMH. You will learn how to identify medicinal plants and practise making infusions, tinctures and salves. Bel will also give you tips on harvesting and storing your herbs. This ideal introductory workshop also includes a herb walk around the garden, so please come dressed appropriately.
