Come and discover an abundance of garden produce and explore the delights of growing and cooking your own food at Flavours of Autumn. Across the five RHS Gardens enjoy cookery demos, expert talks, growing competitions, guided walks and planting tips to help you make the most of your growing space for years to come.

Discover what grows successfully in different parts of the country, as each RHS Garden showcases its own unique harvest – you’ll be amazed at the variety of produce. Learn more about how to grow your own, even down to how soil health can boost the nutrition of your food.

Be inspired by live cookery demonstrations from top chefs and nutritionists, browse food markets and meet local producers and growers to talk about their produce, then grab something delicious to eat. Our RHS gardening advice teams will be on hand to answer your questions, and there’s the chance to take tours of our edible gardens and get tips about growing your own ingredients.

RHS Garden Harlow Carr

5 – 6 September 2026

Whether you’re a foodie, gardener or simply love autumn, get ready for an inspiring weekend at RHS Garden Harlow Carr, packed with fresh ideas and practical tips for growing and cooking your own produce. Catch cookery demos from talented chefs and nutritionists, grow your knowledge in the Potting Shed talks tent, take guided tours of the Kitchen Garden and chat with RHS experts for down-to-earth gardening advice. Tuck into delicious street food, browse ingredients from local food and drink producers and join in with our guided cooking sessions for families. Alongside a fantastic line-up of food and gardening experts, enjoy live performances from Leo Hicks and Chicago Joe and the All Stars as we celebrate the flavours and sounds of autumn.

RHS Garden Bridgewater

12 – 13 September 2026

Celebrate the journey from plot to plate at RHS Garden Bridgewater with inspiring talks, cooking demonstrations, guided garden tours, woodland foraging experiences and live music. Discover how to grow, cook and enjoy homegrown produce while picking up expert tips from gardeners, chefs and foraging specialists. Throughout the weekend, food experts including The Life Larder, Open Kitchen MCR, The Vegetarian Society, Holl’s Pickles and Amber’s Allotment will share delicious seasonal recipes and practical food-growing inspiration. From kimchi and pickles to vibrant plant-based dishes and family favourites, discover new ways to make the most of your harvest at Flavours of Autumn.

Flavours of Autumn at RHS Bridgewater

RHS Garden Hyde Hall

2 – 4 October 2026

Be inspired by the harvest season at RHS Garden Hyde Hall, with guided tours of the Global Growth Vegetable Garden showcasing edible plants from around the world and pick up expert growing tips along the way. From giant squash to colourful autumn displays, the RHS Autumn Competitions are back. See more than 150 classes of mouthwatering fruit, vegetables, flowers and foliage, while celebrating the skills of growers from across the region. Join expert speakers and chefs for live cooking demonstrations and talks about preserving homegrown produce, fermentation, gut-friendly foods and getting the best from your fruit and veg patch. Browse the bustling food market for local produce and artisanal treats, and get your gardening questions answered by RHS advisors throughout the weekend.

RHS Garden Rosemoor

3 – 11 October 2026

Flavours of Autumn at RHS Garden Rosemoor kicks off with a truly unique event as we host Europom 2026 (3–4 October). An extraordinary fruit exhibition celebrating the diversity and heritage of fruit from across Europe. Celebrate the season further in The Big Draw, where everyone is invited to pick up a pencil and capture the beauty of autumn. From 10–11 October, join us for a programme of talks, tastings and demonstrations bringing the flavours of autumn to life and the chance to meet growers, chefs and food makers. Browse the produce market and discover a selection of the best food and drink made in Devon. With a cider bar, live music, harvest-inspired garden games and a woodland play café for kids, it’s a seasonal celebration for all ages.

RHS Garden Wisley

7 – 11 October 2026

Savour the flavours of autumn with a week of grow-your-own inspiration, delicious food and recipes ideas, and live entertainment at RHS Garden Wisley. Travel the globe without leaving Surrey on a guided tour of the World Food Garden and discover the fascinating plants, unusual crops and stories behind the food we grow here. Take a seat at the cookery theatre for live demos and inspiring talks from notable chefs, nutritionists and gardening experts, then head to the vibrant food and drink market to pick up ingredients and tasty treats. Relax with live jazz each afternoon and let little ones get creative in the mud kitchen on Saturday and Sunday only.
