This garden is full of plants suited to warm European climates or within a sheltered urban English setting such as a central London square. As the title suggests, this garden is horticulturally pushing the boundaries of hardiness as to what is possible to grow in our British climate.
Planting includes a variety of trees, shrubs and exotics such as Cordyline australis and Dicksonia antarctica, climbers such as Trachelospermum jasminoides, grasses such as Cyperus papyrus, and tender and herbaceous plants such as Hemerocallis and Ligularia przewalskii.
