Sponsored by Terre a Terre (a restaurant in Brighton), this garden is an edible decorative garden following the Epicurean philosophy. It incorporates a central gravel pathway with a bog garden surrounded by hurdle fencing. A plaque bares an inscription attributed to Epicurus.
All the plants are edible in some part and include Lavandula angustifolia, Viola ‘Bowles' Black’, Mentha aquatica, Thymus pseudolanuginosus, Pontedaria cordata, Hemerocallis minor, Myrtis communis subsp. tarentina ‘Compacta’ and Corylus avellana.
