Every year plants feature in Duchy College students’ learning processes. It was decided to use this enthusiasm for plants and growing to inspire this garden.
The garden is a lush, leafy landscape with seating for two people in an intimate and private space. Plants are specifically from the South-west of England that suit the favourable growing conditions including Japanese banana, olive, honey flower, rice paper plant, Chilean hard fern, Indian rhubarb, leopard plant and hairy elephants' leaf.
