This conceptual garden has been created by the mixing of abstract shapes. These shapes have been developed through the simplification of natural forms to their purest ideal. The garden’s main structure is formed of different heights of concrete forms each hugging the other and in turn creating a usable space of garden. Some form small organic shaped seats while others merge to make the main sweeping bench humanised with padded cushions. A small pool adds a life-giving feel.

Andrew Duff graduated with a BA (Hons) in Garden Design in 1998 and has been teaching garden design since.
