More than 200 hand-painted apples adorn one of the walls of the installationLooking through into the garden

Taking the story of Adam and Eve as a motif, this garden combines technology, art and nature to create a visually and intellectually entertaining piece. The installation is interactive, allowing the visitor to explore the central themes of temptation, exclusion and voyeurism. A lushly-planted inner garden is surrounded by a wall through which visitors can spy on the performance artists playing ‘Adam’ and ‘Eve’ inside. Television screens transmit the scene from within.

Paintings relevant to the Adam & Eve story adorn one of the outside walls of the installationWayne Richards is currently studying for an RHS General Certificate in Horticulture at Berkshire College of Agriculture. Wayne completed a diploma in Garden Design at Merrist Wood College in 2005.
