Taking the story of Adam and Eve as a motif, this garden combines technology, art and nature to create a visually and intellectually entertaining piece. The installation is interactive, allowing the visitor to explore the central themes of temptation, exclusion and voyeurism. A lushly-planted inner garden is surrounded by a wall through which visitors can spy on the performance artists playing ‘Adam’ and ‘Eve’ inside. Television screens transmit the scene from within.
Wayne Richards is currently studying for an RHS General Certificate in Horticulture at Berkshire College of Agriculture. Wayne completed a diploma in Garden Design at Merrist Wood College in 2005.
