Quaglino’s Kitchen in association with NS&I NEW
This brand new feature strengthens Hampton’s reputation as the place for followers of the grow your own trend.
Head Chef, Craig James, from renowned restaurant Quaglino’s in St James' in London, is appearing at the new Quaglino’s Kitchen in association with NS&I. Throughout the week, visitors can attend several cookery demonstrations and talks, showing how to get the most out of your home-grown produce such as soft fruit, peas and beans, salads, herbs, potatoes and summer vegetables. Visitors can also take away a set of specially produced recipe cards from Quaglino’s.
Craig James' philosophy on food is to use well-sourced, local, seasonal and simply prepared ingredients. His menu at Quaglino's reflects this approach, often showcasing long forgotten cultivars of fruit and vegetables; he is also a grow your own veg enthusiast. The restaurant is part of the D&D London restaurant group.
