RHS Gardening Advice

Your membership package includes free personalised advice.* Our team of gardening advisors are waiting to help you with all your gardening questions, large or small.

Our advice pages hold a wealth of information for everyone. You can learn more about growing by listening to our podcasts or watching our videos.

RHS members can contact our gardening advisors Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm on 01483 479700, or ask your question anytime by logging on to My RHS, using the links below.

As a member you’ll get extra one-to-one support.* Our gardening advisors are backed by in-house experts in plant identification, plant pests and diseases. Contact us directly for help tailored to your own garden.

Please note: We are unable to process unsolicited plant samples. Please contact our telephone advice line or online service via My RHS to send us photographs in the first instance and an Advisor will inform you if there is a need to send a sample and will provide details of how to do so.
