RHS Plant Finder 2005-2006To celebrate the launch of the new edition of RHS Plant Finder, the bible for keen gardeners, the RHS has planned a week of special events across the UK for plant lovers. Eight specialist nurseries, favourites among more than 800 nurseries listed in RHS Plant Finder, have been specially selected to host the events, which take place from 12 – 19 April. Subjects range from plants for coastal areas to an in-depth look at Japanese maples, giving the chance to learn face-to-face from the expertise of some of the country’s top plantspeople.

The RHS Plant Finder, dubbed ‘The best gardening book of all time’ by Alan Titchmarsh, lists more than 70,000 plants, from old favourites to unusual specimens. The book is comprehensively updated each year, to provide plant enthusiasts with the richest possible source of suppliers. It contains up-to-date information on more than 800 nurseries, including maps, opening times and mail order details.
