Register an orchid hybrid by post

You can register an orchid hybrid by post, although registering online is the quickest and easiest option.

To register by post, please download, complete and return the relevant application form below. The inclusion of a brief description and a colour image of your orchid can be very useful. If you have any queries, please email the orchid registrar: [email protected]

Payment of registration fees

The registration fee of UK £10.00 is payable once your application for orchid registration is accepted. It is essential that you use the current Orchid Registration form found on this page and not a previous form that provides space for credit card information. Once the registration is accepted you will receive an invoice from the Orchid Registrar and will then be able to pay by online credit card payment. Full instructions on making payment will be provided with your invoice.

Any communication by email to the Orchid Registrar containing credit card information will not be delivered and so your registration will not be received unless it is submitted without payment information. Likewise, the Orchid Registrar will not be able to process credit card payments submitted by post and will provide you with instructions on how to pay for your registrations.

It is still possible to pay by cheque in pounds sterling. Payment in US $ by cheque is possible for ten or more registrations, and the fee is US $16.50 for each registration.
