The RHS National Flower Bed Competition

This is a unique event associated with the RHS Britain in Bloom campaign, showcasing the talents of local authorities and communities from all over the UK.
Opportunities abound for local authorities and communities to put themselves on the map by using their skills and experience to stage a flower bed reflecting their own identity. All competitors work with a 6m by 4m bed using a wide range of plant material supplied from the Ball Colegrave commercial catalogue. Many of these varieties are available to the public from local plant retailers, garden centres, etc. Ball Colegrave staff will be available throughout the show to answer your questions on any of the varieties used in the competition.
The flower beds are judged for RHS medals, reflecting the high standard of horticulture demonstrated by this competition. Full details will appear here once we have them.
