This garden has been created for a professional couple. The space has been designed to allow them to enjoy a quiet drink and meal outside after a long day at work, as well as giving scope for having a few friends over for a meal at the weekend, weather permitting.
The raised beds contain easy care plants. The curved seat integrates with the walls around the natural stone patio, on which their cat (who we will call George) can stretch out and enjoy a well-deserved sleep in the sun.
The soft sound of water comes from the ball feature set into the lawn, an area designed for relaxing, possibly with a book and a glass of something cold. The mirrors show off the planting at its best and add an extra dimension.
