This garden is symbolic of the tenets of Freemasonry and aims to raise awareness of the presence and contribution of Freemasonry to the public. Essentially an area for relaxation and meditation, the garden is punctuated with Masonic symbolism, which also provides decoration to those who are unfamiliar.
Planting represents the traditional colours associated with Freemasonry, blue to represent heaven and white for purity. The black and white square that is typically found in a Freemason’s lodge also features in the garden.
