Working with six schools in the Oldham area, the designer uses the garden to reflect the difficulties that young people can have with education by showing how different routes can lead to the same outcome.
There are various possible paths through the garden, some easy and quick and some more difficult, all leading out from a rippling pool – this in itself depicting the continuous journey of young people.
