This is an ambitious year for Phillippa Probert, who is preparing two gardens at Tatton and her first for Chelsea. Phillippa’s show garden Aqua Life includes several natural water features and combines a modern and traditional design within the landscaped plot.
A swimming pool and children’s paddling pool are included in this garden, with an emphasis on enjoyment for the whole family. There is an active area of the garden and a separate quiet area for relaxation in front of a water feature.
Planting in Aqua Life is not typical of a water garden with prominent orange, yellow and salmon tones.
