Inspired by Southern European-style gardens, Cheshire Al Fresco stimulates the senses in a practical, usable and sustainable space with scented planting, water and herbal plants encouraging biodiversity and environmental sustainability.
The garden includes European species of plant that are comfortable with the British climate. These include Quercus ilex and Ficus carica.
There is a covered seating area for dining and entertaining offering shelter/shade as required depending on time of year and climate. A traditional rendered basin provides a water feature, and dry-stone walling is used for a raised bed to enclose a wild area of the garden.
