The Adlington Relax & Reflect Garden
The Adlington Relax & Reflect Garden has been inspired by a new lifestyle concept exclusively for those over 55. The design has been taken from Adlington’s forthcoming residential development in Sandbach, Cheshire, where it will be rebuilt after the show.
The garden draws on Adlington’s exclusive living concept, providing residents with a lifestyle change for the better. It has been designed as an outdoor room, extending the communal indoor space. It features a number of areas for relaxation that appeal to the sense, and provides privacy through clever structural planting and panelled walls.
The water cascade forms a focal point within the garden. Pathways lead you on a tranquil journey through the planting adjacent to the reflective pools.
This garden can be viewed from three sides, each offering a different vista: across the natural stone path towards the reflective pools, over the recycled timber deck to where the black bamboo creates a secluded seating area and through herbaceous planting to the water cascade.
