To show you just how easy it is to grow crops in a small space, the RHS has set up 3x3m (10x10ft) veg plots at its gardens. Don't forget to look out for them when you visit the RHS gardens.
These small areas show that everyone can grow their own veg at home - so go on, have a go yourself.

Hyde Hall has four veg plots, showing different types of vegetables and growing techniques.
We are currently carrying out improvement work to the veg plots. While this work is taking place the veg plots are closed, but we hope to open them again for the summer. If you are thinking about specifically visiting the veg plots we recommend that your call us first on 01245 400256 to check whether the work is complete prior to your visit.
