Diversity in Horticulture: Improving inclusive employment pathways

Welcome to an exciting event at The Green Estate focusing on promoting diversity in the field of horticulture.

Wednesday 27 November 2024
10am – 4pm

This free to attend one-day event brings together regional work-based training providers in horticulture with employers in the North of England to network and to explore better ways of supporting currently under-represented groups into professional horticulture.

The RHS, Grow and The Green Estate are aiming to enable better employment routes from training providers into paid professional horticultural roles, and support employers to diversify their workforce and close the skills gap the sector is facing.
