Epimedium perralderianum
A slow-spreading, evergreen perennial growing to 30cm tall. Each leaf has three glossy, oval leaflets with spiny margins that are tinted bronze when young, aging to a darker green. Up to 25 small, bright yellow flowers are held on stems just above the foliage in spring

Cultivation
Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in partial shade; shelter from cold, dry winds. Copes well with dry and open positions when well-established
