'Lucidum' is a vigorous, evergreen shrub, to 4m tall, with narrowly-ovate to oblong, glossy, dark green leaves to 10cm long. Small, creamy-white flowers are borne in flattened flowerheads, up to 10cm in diameter, from late winter into spring and are followed by blue-black berries
