'Dancing Flame' is a herbaceous perennial with five-lobed leaves and brilliant orange, bowl-shaped flowers with flame-like, narrow, central petals on upright stems from mid-spring to early summer
'Superbus' is a clump-forming herbaceous perennial to 60cm, with deeply divided basal leaves and long stems bearing globose, lemon-yellow flowers 5cm across
T. europaeus is a variable herbaceous perennial forming compact clumps up to 80cm tall. Its leaves are up to 12cm wide and deeply divided into 3-5 lobes; each wedge-shaped segment is often further lobed and toothed. Clear lemon-yellow, spherical flowers 3-5cm in diameter are borne from late spring into early summer
T. chinensis is a clump-forming perennial, to 90cm tall, with dark green leaves divided into five lobes each of which is further lobed and toothed. In spring and early summer, erect stems bear solitary, shallowly bowl-shaped yellow flowers with spiky, erect orange-yellow inner petals
T. pumilus is a compact perennial to 25cm in height, forming a clump of glossy foliage, with bowl-shaped yellow flowers 4cm across, usually flushed red on the outside, in late spring and early summer
'Orange Princess' is an upright herbaceous perennial to 90cm, with dark green, deeply divided and toothed leaves and solitary, long-stalked, globose orange-yellow flowers 6-7cm in width
T. asiaticus is a clump-forming perennial, to 45cm high, with bronze-green foliage divided into three to five-toothed lobes and solitary bright orange flowers, to 4.5cm in diameter, borne in late spring and early summer
