'Gallery Pablo' is a compact plant to 50cm, with light coral-red flowerheads, the florets shading to apricot-yellow towards the base
'Lucy' is a cultivar that reaches 90cm in height. It flowers early, in late summer to early autumn, bearing sprays of anemone-style flowers with yellow centres and pale pink florets
'Alison Taylor' grows to 60cm in height, with up to 5 flowers per stem, the standards ochre yellow fading to cream in the centre, the falls bright lemon yellow edged with ochre yellow
'Orange Glow' forms a small clump of rounded, palmately lobed basal leaves, with deep yellow flowers 2-3cm wide, sitting above deeply divided green bracts and opening in late winter and early spring
'Wisley Supreme' is a spreading deciduous shrub or small tree, with broadly ovate or rounded leaves and fragrant golden-yellow flowers borne in small clusters on the leafless twigs from mid to late winter
S. flava is a carnivorous perennial to 90cm, with slender yellow-green pitchers with erect lids, and nodding yellow flowers 10cm across
'Variegatum' is a semi-evergreen perennial forming a low clump to 10cm in height, with fleshy, bluntly toothed obovate leaves margined with creamy-white and tinged pink, and loose clusters of starry bright yellow flowers in late summer
'Fireworks' is a slowly clump-forming, non-invasive, cultivar. It flowers in late summer through to autumn. Its sprays of tiny yellow flowers are held in finer wands than many of its more densely-flowered relatives
T. tricolor is a summer-dormant, tuberous, perennial climber to about 1.5m with small, light green, five- or seven-lobed leaves. The small, yellow flowers are surrounded by a showy purple-tipped, orange-red calyx with a long red or purple spur, in all about 3cm long. Flowering takes place from winter to early summer
'Dainty Marietta' is a dwarf French marigold growing to 35cm in height, with pinnate green foliage and single, bright yellow flowers, each ray with a deep red blotch at the base, from late spring to autumn
