Terms and Conditions of joining the RHS Campaign for School Gardening (‘Terms’)
1. Joining the RHS Campaign for School Gardening (CFSG)
To join the CFSG, a school must be registered as a school with the Departments for Education in England or Northern Ireland, the Department for Education and Skills in Wales or Education Scotland.
By joining the CFSG, the RHS shall support the school with a range of benefits and resources set out on the RHS website.
The term of joining the CFSG is ongoing but can be terminated by the school at any point.
The RHS may also terminate a school’s access to the CFSG immediately on notice if, in the RHS’s reasonable opinion, any activities carried out by the school are likely to bring the RHS into disrepute or otherwise damage the goodwill or reputation attaching to the RHS or the CFSG.
4.Liability
The RHS shall have no liability to the school for any indirect or consequential losses, or any loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings or goodwill, howsoever arising, in connection with the CFSG.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The RHS reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The RHS shall make available the current Terms in the support and resources for schools online on the RHS Schools pages on the RHS website. Please check the CFSG pages on the RHS website to ensure you understand the Terms that apply at the time.
In joining the CFSG, the member agrees to the RHS using contact details supplied to us (via the online form) in order to manage the relationship. Please read the ‘RHS Campaign for School Gardening’ section in our full
