About the garden

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful island of Jersey and sitting within its own verdant landscaped garden is this nursery and glasshouse display complex which houses unique collections of tropical orchids. The Eric Young Orchid Foundation uses its team's expertise to create and develop fine new orchid hybrids for display. The Foundation was established by the late Eric Young, a man whose enthusiasm for orchids knew no bounds. He had both the means and the vision to turn his obsession into an enduring legacy.

As you stroll through the display house, breathtaking vistas present themselves as you turn each corner. These landscapes create a heady and exotic environment in which orchids are displayed in naturalistic settings. Orchids bloom at different times throughout the year and the displays reflect this. Whatever time of year you visit you will be sure to see something different and amazing.
