Nature can provide a bountiful spring harvest of fresh greens, but knowing what to pick and how to cook it can be daunting, or something you've never even thought about! Join Rachel Benson from Old Sleningford Farm on forage around the gardens and woodland at RHS Harlow Carr, followed by a cookery demonstration and topped off with lunch from the gathered ingredients. We will concentrate on common plants that are easily recognisable so you can confidently use them in the future. Approximately 1 1/2 hours will be spent walking around the gardens.

Additional info

Tea and coffee and all workshop materials are included and you will eat your own foraged lunch.
