Snuggle up for a classic Christmas tale, have a sing-along and a story with the man himself and if you have been very good, receive a small gift. Tickets for Stories with Santa go on sale at 10am on 16 September and must be booked in advance.

Below is some information you may find useful for your booking.
 
Ticket prices:
  • Member adult: £4.50
  • Member child: £6.50
  • Non-member adult: £12.50
  • Non-member child: £10

Members:
Discounted tickets for RHS members with a valid membership. Please check your guest allowance below, before booking your ticket. You are required to book and pay for any persons that exceed your free guest allowance under the non-member ticket type. You will be asked to produce your membership card upon arrival for verification. We reserve the right to charge for a full-price ticket if you are unable to present your card.
 
Members guest allowance:
  • Individual membership: named member plus one adult guest OR two children
  • Joint membership: two named members, one adult guest + four children
  • Student memberships: named member, no guest allowance

Due to popular demand, member tickets are limited to one transaction/session only. If you would like to attend more than one storytelling session, then you can purchase additional tickets at the non-member price.

Non-members:
The ticket price includes garden entry and access to all of our Magic of Christmas activities. Discounted vouchers or offers cannot be used in conjunction with this event.

Relaxed, inclusive sessions:
We are delighted to be working with The Unity – a local children’s charity providing accessible opportunities and family events for those who are neurodiverse or differently-abled. Two inclusive sessions will be available this year on the 1 and 8 December at 9.15am. To enquire or book one of these sessions please email The Unity directly on [email protected] with your name and contact number and someone will be in touch. Please note: these listed sessions do not appear on the ticket booking page.

Additional Information:
  • All adults and children require a purchased ticket. Child ticket price includes a small gift from Santa. Any children, including babes in arms, wishing to receive a gift must have a valid ticket
  • Sessions last between 40 and 55 minutes depending on the total number of children in attendance
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re-sold If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be provided
