Join us for a weekend where you can discover how gardening and nature can help you enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Over the weekend there will be a range of activities to entice you back outside to enjoy the fresh air of spring. There will be talks and demos on a range of topics including spring gardening, growing and cooking with vegetables, herb gardens and tips for correct gardening posture. 

You can also enjoy a gentle drop in yoga sessions at 11am and 2.15pm on both days, a perfect way to stretch and prepare your body for working in the garden.

Back by popular demand is the incredible pop-up Planetarium from the University of Hertfordshire, providing engaging shows about our spring skies to visitors of all ages, with three sessions per day.

Our plant centre will be fully stocked with spring plants and you can explore a variety of nature-inspired products in our exhibitor marquee, too. And the garden will be coming to life with early spring colour, so make sure to take a stroll in the beautiful grounds.
