We have combined these two powerful search tools into a single Find a Plant service searching over 250,000 plant records.
Virtually all of the features of the old searches are still available and in addition we have added several new features to create a more comprehensive and user friendly search experience.

Other common names strawberry 'Cambridge Favourite'
Family Rosaceae
Genus Fragaria are stoloniferous perennials with leaves composed of three leaflets, and rounded white or pink flowers followed by edible red fruits
Details 'Cambridge Favourite' produces medium-sized soft berries with a good flavour in mid-season. A good producer of runners it also has excellent disease resistance

Cultivation Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Plant in single or double rows 30-45cm between plants and 75cm between rows. Plant through black polythene or apply straw to keep strawberries clean. Can be successfully grown in a container, including growbags. See also strawberry cultivation
