Week-End is a medium-sized deciduous shrub with lance-shaped leaves and slender, erect branches bearing abundant bright golden-yellow flowers about 3cm across
F. suspensa is a deciduous, arching shrub to 3m tall and wide. Slender shoots bear nodding, narrowly-trumpet-shaped, yellow flowers, up to 3cm across, in spring before the leaves appear. Leaves are usually undivided but may occasionally be three-lobed
A. distichum is a scrambling deciduous shrub with slender branches bearing dark green leaves and racemes of forsythia-like, fragrant white or pale pink flowers 1cm across
'Lynwood Variety' is a vigorous medium-sized deciduous shrub, upright in growth, with narrowly ovate or sometimes trifoliate leaves. Flowers relatively large, bright yellow, in early spring
'Spring Glory' is a deciduous shrub of spreading habit. In spring it bears clusters of single yellow flowers on leafless stems. It reaches 1.5-3m in height
Roseum Group is a deciduous shrub of open growth, with small oval leaves and 4-petalled pale pink flowers borne in racemes in the leaf axils in late winter and early spring
Marée d'Or is a low, wide-spreading deciduous shrub to 90cm tall, with lance-shaped leaves opening after the profuse light yellow flowers which open in late winter and early spring
