'Cerro Potos?' is an evergreen shrub to 90cm tall, with neat, aromatic, light green leaves and and magenta-pink tubular flowers from mid summer to late autumn
'Kew Red' is a bushy sub-shrub with aromatic, ovate leaves and two-lipped crimson flowers 2.5cm in length, in racemes to 10cm in length, in late summer and autumn
S. viridis is an annual sage, grown primarily not for its insignificant flower, but for the colourful bracts borne on upright stems in summer. These modified leaves are blue, pink or white. Seeds of cultivars are available in single colours or blends
'Tricolor' is a spreading evergreen sub-shrub with oblong grey-green leaves variegated with cream and flushed with purple on the youngest growth; light blue flowers open in early summer
'Wendy's Wish' is a herbaceous perennial, up to 1m high, with red stems, aromatic, pale olive-green leaves and abundant, citrus-scented, rich pink flowers with darker pink calyces from midsummer to autumn
'Rubin' is a clump-forming perennial with narrowly ovate leaves and erect stems bearing slender racemes of small pale pink flowers with purplish lower lips, in summer and early autumn
S. lavandulifolia is a compact subshrub or woody-based perennial, to 60cm tall and wide, with narrow, grey-green, downy leaves and, in summer, spike-like racemes of violet-blue flowers
'Pleasant View' is a bushy sub-shrub with small, ovate leaves and spike-like terminal racemes of two-lipped, bright purplish-pink flowers in late summer and autumn
'Purple Rain' is an upright perennial with lyre-shaped leaves and small, reddish-purple flowers borne in long, dense, interrupted spikes on reddish stems in summer
'Raspberry Royale' is an evergreen sub-shrub with aromatic, ovate leaves and terminal racemes of two-lipped, deep raspberry-red flowers 2cm in length over a long period in summer and autumn
