'Myrtifolia Aurea Maculata' is a compact large evergreen shrub with purple young stems. Leaves small, ovate, with short, regular spines and a deep yellow central blotch. Flowers small, dull white in spring or early summer
'Argentea Marginata' is a medium-sized evergreen tree of conical outline, with spiny, undulate leaves boldly edged with cream and tinged pink when young. Flowers small, dull white; berries bright red
'Golden Queen' is a small evergreen tree or shrub with broad, spiny ovate leaves boldly margined in bright golden-yellow. Flowers small, dull white
'Belgica Aurea' is a vigorous small evergreen tree or shrub with almost entire leaves to 10cm in length, dark green edged with creamy-yellow. Flowers small, white; berries red, sparsely produced
'Pyramidalis Fructu Luteo' is a vigorous large evergreen shrub or small tree to 6m, conical in habit, with dark green, variably spiny, narrowly ovate leaves. Flowers small, dull white and followed, when cross-pollinated, by abundant, bright yellow berries
'Lawsoniana' is a bushy large evergreen shrub or small tree to 6m, with broad, almost spineless leaves splashed with yellow and yellow-green in the centre. Flowers small, dull white; berries dull red
'Silver Milkmaid' is an evergreen tree to 6m tall, with spiny dark green leaves with an irregular white central blotch, and bright red berries from late autumn
'Handsworth New Silver' is a compact, dense evergreen tree or shrub with purple young shoots. Elliptic leaves, to 9cm in length, have spines in plane of leaf, and are broadly margined with white. Flowers small, white, followed by bright red berries
'Pyramidalis' is a vigorous small evergreen tree or shrub of narrowly conical habit, with narrow, bright, dark green, sparsely spiny leaves. Flowers small, dull white; berries red, freely produced
'Silver Queen' is a dense small evergreen tree or shrub with purple young shoots and pink-tinged young leaves. Mature leaves spiny, dark green with a broad cream margin. Flowers small, white, male
