Rebekah Mealey

Assistant Horticultural Advisor

I’ve always wanting to try a bit of everything so I can constantly learn more

Since the age of fifteen, I have trained and worked in many areas of horticulture, from commercial to amenity. I’ve always wanting to try a bit of everything so I can constantly learning more. That’s why working in the Gardening Advice team is prefect for me. Every day brings something different, yet the year has a comforting pattern of old familiars too.

I have a soft spot for social media, particularly Facebook. I love sharing hints and tip with our followers. And it promotes the important  horticultural research our scientist and advisors do; which improves gardening for all of us.
