Nursery display Best Exhibit

One of the highlights of the Malvern Autumn Show is always the RHS Flower Show. This year, visitors were treated to beautiful floral displays, as nurseries compete for a coveted RHS Gold Medal.

There was plenty of expert help and advice at The Potting Bench, which was hosted by local gardening expert Reg Moule, and where many of the nurseries shared their passion and advice.

And there was plenty more specialist horticultural advice to be had from the RHS Gardening Advice team, who were on hand to answer all your gardening questions.

And no flower show would be complete without the chance for a spot of retail therapy - and this one was no different! You could stock up on gardening goodies for next year and get everything you need to get your garden ready for winter.

The best of British cut flowers, floristry demonstrations and workshops were all available to enjoy with some of the country's top florists and growers.


The Power of Pollinators

Outside the Malvern Autumn Pavilion you could discover more about bees, bumblebees and other important pollinators, and how to help them. With information about keeping bees from our beekeepers, you could learn more about pollinators from our scientists and ecologists.

Frank P Matthews, the fruit tree specialists, had a display of more than 300 apple varieties.

And in the  Malvern Autumn Pavilion,size mattered at the CANNA UK National Giant Vegetables Championship. With oversized onions and powerful pumpkins there was plenty to marvel at..
