Best Show Garden award

Macmillan Legacy Garden

The winner of the Best Show Garden has been announced, and the award went to the Macmillan Legacy Garden by Mark Eveleigh, which also won a Gold medal.

Festival Garden award

The Best Festival Garden was awarded to Christian Dowle's garden, The Water Spout, along with a Silver Gilt medal.

Hidden Gems of Worcestershire

School Garden awards

The best School Garden was awarded to Castlemorton C of E Primary School, Worcestershire. Eleven School Gardens received awards, with three being Highly commended.

Best Construction award

A new award for 2016, this was presented to Wyevale Garden Centres with Historic Royal Palaces for their garden; Gardening Amidst Ruins, a homage to Capability Brown

Malvern Floral Marquee awards

The displays in the Malvern Floral Marquee were also judged, and the Best Floral Marquee exhibit went to Southfield Nurseries for their fantastic range of well-flowered, home-grown cacti, many of which are more than 30 years old.

Botanical Art awards

The Botanical Art competition attracted entries from around the world
