Q When will my tickets arrive?
A  All tickets are sent by e-mail and can either be printed off at home or scanned from a mobile or tablet device at the show.

Tickets for RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival Preview Evening will be e-mailed two to four weeks before the events.

Tickets for RHS Malvern Spring Festival will be dispatched four to six weeks before the event.

If you can’t locate your e-tickets please check your junk and spam folders.

Q When will my pre-ordered show guide arrive?
A Show guides are dispatched approximately one week before the show. We can only post within the UK.

Q I can no longer use my ticket what can I do?
A There are several options open to you if you can no longer use your ticket. Unfortunately, we operate a strict no refund policy, but we can do exchanges.

Please email RHS shows customer care for further details. Please do not be tempted to try and resell unwanted tickets yourself.

Q Do I need a ticket for my child?
A For all shows except RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the Preview Evening at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival, each paying adult may bring two children 16 years and under free of charge. Children do not require a ticket. We regret that we cannot allow under 5s, prams, pushchairs or babes in arms at Chelsea and over 5s pay full price.

Q May I bring my dog?
A You may bring your dog to RHS Flower Show Cardiff, RHS Flower Show Tatton, RHS Chatsworth Flower Show and RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival (except the Preview Evening). Dogs are not allowed at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, London Shows, RHS Malvern Spring Festival and Malvern Autumn Show with exception of assistance dogs.

This is limited to one dog per booking. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and will not be permitted into any of the indoor restaurant areas.

Please be a responsible dog owner and clean up after your pet using the bins provided.

Please do not leave dogs unattended in parked cars.

Q How do I make a disabled booking?
A Attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted free of charge per visitor whose disability necessitates assistance. Please mention this at the time of booking as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Proof of eligibility is required and all tickets are subject to availability.

Disabled tickets can be booked by calling 0844 995 9664* (unfortunately online booking is not currently available); or you can email See tickets RHS shows customer care if you are not able to book by phone.

Wheelchair and Mobility Scooter hire bookings can be made over the phone on the same number or you can book online.

Q Where can I park?
A Details about parking can be found on our Plan Your Visit pages. Disabled parking is available at all our shows for disabled visitors displaying a valid blue badge. Please see our show-specific accessibility pages for more details.

Q I have dietary requirements. Where can I go to eat?
A All of our sit-down restaurants cater to dietary requirements. You can pre-book these options at most of our shows. Many of our mobile catering units also cater for different dietary requirements.

Q Does membership of the RHS guarantee me tickets to RHS Chelsea Flower Show or RHS Chatsworth Flower Show?
A Unfortunately not. RHS members get access to two member-only days and priority booking for the shows, but tickets for these shows are extremely limited. Members are urged to book tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Q I have seen tickets advertised for sale on eBay, Viagogo, Gumtree, StubHub and similar websites - are they valid?
A No - the RHS official ticketing partner is See Tickets. By purchasing from any unofficial source, you run the risk of the tickets being rendered invalid and being denied entry on the day, and also being denied tickets to future events.

Ticket proceeds purchased directly from us go towards the charitable aims of the RHS – buying from unofficial vendors does not support our charitable aims.

Q Is there somewhere to leave my purchased plants or products at the show?
A Yes, at some of our shows we provide a plant and product crèche. Where these facilities exist, any items are left at the owner's risk, and the organisers are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen.
