Cold buffet

Freshly-brewed morning coffee, English breakfast tea; chilled cloudy apple juice and freshly-squeezed orange juice; fresh croissants, butter and preserves; Anne Forshaw’s lightly-sweetened yoghurt, berry compote, granola and honey; slate of seasonal cut fruits

The Full English buffet

Moorland pork bangers; dry-cured smoked back bacon; grilled field mushrooms; Bury black pudding; oven-roasted tomatoes with thyme and cracked pepper; scrambled eggs; baked beans.
