Amuse bouche

Whipped ricotta and black olive caramel tart
 

Main course

Roast sea trout, Chapel Down sauce, Jersey Royals, celeriac and apple salad, creamed spinach
Lightly smoked roast haddock, garden peas, cider and crème fraiche sauce, farmhouse Cheddar mash
Fillet of stone bass, Thai style broth, carrot and ginger slaw, fried rice noodles
Heirloom tomato and Graceburn tart, basil dressing, golden tomato bisque (V)

Cold seafood platter with lobster and dressed crab served with bread, potato and dill salad, celeriac and fennel slaw, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, seaweed mayonnaise, lemon wedges

Lemon and cherry almond tart, white chocolate crumble
Burnt cheesecake with crème fraiche, orange marmalade and miso carmel
Carrot cake, pineapple and coconut mousse

From the ticket options page, scroll down and pick from:

  • Buy members’ tickets
  • Buy public tickets

This will load the AXS website, for RHS Members, please enter your membership number.

From here, select the RHS Show tile from the top of the ticket page, this will take you to the specific show and food options and days available. Choose the day for your preferred food option and add to cart. Follow the checkout process to complete transaction.
