Restoration of attention span, stress reduction and physical exercise are examples of the positive benefits that people experience when enjoying gardens. The benefits can be further enhanced by informed garden design.
The garden, which promotes good health and wellbeing, features two secluded seating areas, private spaces for contemplation and the practice of mindfulness.
