Don’t miss: Angela Coulton

Thursday 20 and Sunday 23 July
Second-generation florist Angela is passionate about sustainability, using only seasonal, local or own-grown blooms in her arrangements. While the number of like-minded floral professionals is increasing, the vast majority of stems sold in the UK still come from far-flung locations, with the associated carbon footprint. Angela is lifting the lid on these unsustainable practices and revealing the true cost of floral imports.
